Before placing an order, please read the Order & Shipping Terms bellow:

1.   Be sure that you understand the Grade Levels, hardware and accessories which are described in the detailed descriptions and pictures on our website. If you need additional information, please contact us at hiflymodels@yahoo.cn.

2.   We can make any color scheme according to your special requirements. Please let us know your requirements and we will compute the processing fees for you.

       Note that we do not allow any color scheme, which infringes on other’s copyright.

3.   Presently we only accept orders confirmed by emails. Please send your enquiries to hiflymodels@yahoo.cn. We will respond to you with an Order Confirmation and Performance Invoice as soon as possible. After you confirm the order, we will send you the Payment Requirement via email.

4.   We accept PayPal, but you must add the commission charges which are 3% of the total invoice. If you pay by bank transfer, no commission charges are required.

5.   Our quotations do not include any of the custom fees in your country. Please determine the exact fees from your country's Customs Service.

6.   If you do not specify a particular shipping method, we will use DHL or EMS. If you specify a service other than DHL or EMS then you will be responsible for all the charges required by your shipper.

7.   We are able to consign our planes to most of the countries around the world. The exact shipment cost may be cheaper than the prices we publicize on our website. Please confirm the exact shipping freight by email us hiflymodels@yahoo.cn.

8.   Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment within two days after we receive your payment, as well as send you the Commercial Invoice and Tracking Number via email. If we don’t have the planes in stock at that time, we will let you know immediately. Meanwhile, we will fulfill your order as soon as possible.

9.   The package is designed with 9mm-thick plywood or double cartons with plywood inside. 

10.  The packages are designed to avoid shipping damage, but occasionally there may be damages beyond our control during shipping. To benefit both parties, we recommend that you or a responsible adult receive the planes personally. Before signing the Bill of Delivery, check the packages and planes carefully. If any damage is noticed, take photos, and make notations on the Bill of Lading, meanwhile refuse the shipment. Then contact us and send relevant photos. We are not responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements if there is no notation on the Bill of Lading.

11. If the planes you bought from our factory are damaged in a crash or other unfortunate incident, we offer replacement parts and accessories for you needs.

      We can assemble、adjust and even test fly for you as long as
you provide us with, or specify the servos、receiver、engine etc... We will deliver  to you a RTF PRODUCT shipped in strong packaging after we have test flown the plane.All you need to do is to open the box and enjoy flying.
